Undergraduate

Undergraduate (your first degree)

An undergraduate degree is generally completed between two to four years, depending on the pattern of study and any recognition of prior learning you may have. Associate degrees, bachelor and bachelor with honours are all undergraduate degrees.

Tailor your degree for the career you want

Right now there is global demand for health practitioners in a broad range of specialist industries. You will build a baseline of skills in the first part of your degree and then will begin to specialise depending on your chosen discipline, from occupational therapy to public health and beyond. Depending on which discipline you choose to pursue, you will have opportunities to gain relevant accreditation and participate in industry work experience to become job-ready when you graduate.

The best part of the program is clinical placement. Since my first year, we have been taking part in a series of supervised placements in a range of practices. This is a great opportunity to put theoretical knowledge into practice.
