You’ll complete a unit over six consecutive days of intensive study, meaning you’ll have the flexibility to fit learning into your busy schedule. Understand and apply strategy tools to identify priorities for management decision-making and develop coherent and aligned operational and implementation plans.

Understand people’s behaviour at work, as individuals, teams and groups. Acquire tools to analyse roles, relationships, influence and leadership.
During the 6-day intensive you'll be based at Waurn Ponds Estate, a purpose-built conference centre located at our Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus. You’ll enjoy meals made with produce sourced from the Estate’s kitchen garden and have access to facilities including a solar-heated pool and spa, gymnasium, tennis courts and walking track.
A non-refundable registration fee of $275 (including GST) is required to secure enrolment into each intensive unit. The cost for an accommodation and meal package (including the $275 non-refundable registration fee) is outlined below.

Students will receive separate invoices for the tuition fee and the intensive conference fees. Enrolment into the unit does not guarantee you a place unless the deposit is paid. Students successful in gaining a place in an intensive unit will be notified by email. Intensive units may not proceed where there are insufficient numbers.
