What you'll learn

  • break down a project into scope, quality, cost and time
  • understand day-to-day project management, including scheduling, risk, issue and change management
  • discuss communication and stakeholder management, customer satisfaction, and financial and contractor management.

How you're assessed

Submit a 2500-word document that outlines the key aspects of a project that you plan to deliver using learnings from the course, such as the project initiation document framework. The project can be for your current organisation, an organisation you volunteer for, or something you are looking to do outside of your professional life.
