Construction is underway on a new $126 million building fronting the Burwood Highway at the Melbourne Burwood Campus. This iconic building will consist of an eight-level tower connected to a five-level podium building, and run between the two main entrances to the University.

The building will create a major impression and attractive arrival point at the University entrance. It will feature environmentally sustainable design elements, including a high performance facade, under-floor air distribution, active mass cooling, low energy usage, high water efficiency, cyclist facilities, solar hot water heating and sustainable materials.
