Accounting Systems

Accounting Systems is responsible for access, training, management and support of the University's financial systems:

  • Deakin Financial Management System (DFMS or Oracle Financials) includes general ledger, payables, receivables, purchasing, assets and project accounting
  • OneStop, the cashiering and receipting system
  • PowerBudget, a system providing inquiry and reporting on the ledger and budget as well as entry of budget information

Training Sessions

DFMS training sessions are held on the Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds on the first Tuesday of the month and the Melbourne Campus at Burwood on the second Wednesday of the month from February to November.
