WORKLIT

Also known as Informit WORKLIT

WORKLIT, produced by the Department of Employment, Workplace Relations and Small Business, is a bibliographic database that indexes and abstracts articles from published and unpublished material on employment, industrial relations and related topics from 1907 onwards. Source documents are publications of the Department including weblinks when available and International and Australian journals, occasional papers, and reports. Subject coverage includes labour economics, policy and legislation, workplace reform, employment policy and trends, recruitment and job searching, employment programs, enterprise bargaining, agreements, small business, work and family, and organisational management.
