What is a corporate centre?
From small meeting rooms to a contemporary 60-room lodge on rural parklands, Deakin's corporate centres enable the University to facilitate partnerships with industry, corporate, alumni, governments and professional associations.
The centres can be used for:
- important University profiling, liaison and alumni activities
- industry-based engagement, consulting and research initiatives with government and the professions
- development and delivery of corporate education, professional development and selected postgraduate programs.
We offer several catering packages, including morning or afternoon tea, working lunches, all-day packages, formal dinners and cocktail functions.
Why use a corporate centre?
Deakin's corporate centres provide a huge range of sophisticated, technology-rich spaces for you to host meetings, events, conferences or presentations. With so many spaces and services on offer, why look elsewhere?
Our centres boast an impressive array of technology. From videoconferencing and high-definition projectors to wi-fi and professional audio capabilities, there's sure to be a room to suit your needs.
Break-out rooms and hot desks
A number of our corporate centres have spaces available for Deakin staff and guests to use as an office away from the office, between meetings.
Concierge and catering
Conferences, presentations and meetings go smoother when you can be assured of your guests being catered for. Our knowledgeable concierges can help with nearly anything you require and our professional catering can take the stress out of organising your event.
