This unit provides a rigorous examination of the strategic and operational imperatives of digital transformation, with a central focus on the foundational and accelerant role of artificial intelligence (AI). Digital transformation is presented as a profound, organisation-wide change that fundamentally re-engineers business models, processes, and culture.
