Awarded annually to the top performing Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students commencing an education or nursing degree at Deakin’s National Indigenous Knowledges Education Research Innovation (NIKERI) Institute.
Value
- Covers payment of all student contributions (tuition fees).
Duration
- This scholarship is awarded for the normal full-time duration of your course.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible for this scholarship you must be:
- an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
- commencing in the Bachelor of Nursing or Bachelor of Education degree with the NIKERI Institute in a Commonwealth supported place
- enrolled for the first time at Deakin University in Trimester 1, 2026.
