Embedded in the name Werong is the belief that a home must be more than a structure; it must be a sanctuary. For them, this defines a commitment to creating environments of deep calm and stability. They strive to bridge the divide between the past and the future—avoiding the replication of bygone eras while rejecting intrusive modernism. Instead, they craft timeless, contemporary interpretations that weave seamlessly into the existing fabric of the site.
Their unique, integrated approach to managing every aspect of the development process, from research, site acquisition, design, marketing and sales, to construction, settlement and property management, ensures they consistently deliver on their promise of enduring value to investors and owner-occupiers.
Focusing on the Asia-Pacific market, their headquarters are set up in Melbourne & Hong Kong, with international studios in Sydney, Brisbane, Singapore, Bangkok, and Shanghai.
No application is required. The top five students with a Weighted Average Mark (WAM) above 80 will be invited to submit a personal statement outlining their passion for architectural history.
These statements, together with individual grades in an Architectural History unit, will be considered as part of the selection process.
