Content
This unit will introduce students to the way in which creative practice is applied within a research project. Students will engage with the language for creative arts research and learn how key concepts and approaches are applied. Students will formulate research questions and design their creative practice research project. Skills in written and oral critical thinking are honed as students engage with the foundations of thinking through making that is fundamental to creative practice research.

Hurdle requirements
To be eligible to obtain a pass in this unit, students must achieve an overall mark of at least 50% in assessment task 2, Presentation to evidence a minimum proficiency in the aligned discipline learning outcomes included in this unit.
