Content
This unit explores how generative artificial intelligence (genAI) is reshaping the future of creative practice, from design systems and workflows to speculative futures. Students as creative professionals will integrate genAI- driven approaches to solve complex creative challenges, while learning to communicate effectively about genAI with diverse stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on critical foresight, the evaluation of emerging technologies, and the role of designers and creative practitioners in leading ethically responsible, genAI- enhanced innovation. Through project- based learning, students work in teams to investigate emerging trends in generative design futures to consider emerging genAI innovations. p>
