Requirements:
Students must register with BSEM, the external provider and complete all four days of training, including required pre- and post-training surveys. Places are limited for each session.
Eligibility:
Students commencing an approved Initial Teacher Education program from 2026 must enrol in ETI010 and complete BSEM (cost included in course fees). Students commencing prior to 2026 should not enrol in ETI010 but may register independently via BSEM (discounted fees apply). See your course requirements in the handbook if you’re unsure
Timing and placement:
The program is delivered over four days and is recommended after first placement. Any clashes with placement must be managed through a make-up day arranged with the placement setting.
