Content

This unit provides foundational knowledge in play therapy, introducing the history of the field alongside key models and theories that underpin practice, including the therapeutic powers of play as agents of change. Case scenarios illustrating children’s play are used to deepen understanding of discipline-specific knowledge and to support the development of applied practice skills.
