Students will develop strategies to support their entry into the workforce including job interview preparation, and the creation of a professional online presence. Students will also examine the importance of supervision, peer support, and leadership in occupational therapy practice, with a focus on identifying and engaging in effective professional relationships. Through a combination of reflective and applied learning tasks, students will consolidate their academic and clinical experiences, demonstrating readiness for practice in alignment with professional standards and contemporary workforce expectations.
