Content
This unit provides a unifying experience. Students share knowledge, strategies and tactics in 'Master Mind Alliances', drawing upon skills, knowledge and experiences attained throughout their MBA study program, and from their industry experiences, to individually enhance their pursuits of self and professional actualisations, to in turn, engender superior organisational outcomes and impacts. Each student is assessed individually, on their contributions, responsibilities and adaptability, at highly structured, weekly facilitated group meetings. Each student is also individually assessed on the submission of a contextually suitable learning journal and a 100-day professional plan of action, supporting a post graduation invocation of an organisational change that is congruent with priorities pertaining to the student's intentions and ambitions, as aligned with their awareness of self-concept and associated professional growth.
