Content
This unit provides a thorough understanding of international institutional arbitration and the work on current issues in arbitral practice. It explains the emergence and development of international arbitration in the last hundred years as the principal method for the settlement of commercial disputes, examines the juridical nature of arbitration and provides an understanding of commercial and state investment arbitration agreements and tribunals.
