Content
This unit provides students with a critical understanding of the intellectual foundations of the study and practice of management in organisations. The unit offers the opportunity to apply and analyse solutions to realistic management problems under different conditions. This involves examining how managerial action impacts and is shaped by the environment, through a consideration of national and global contexts, ethics, social responsibility, and the management, motivation, and leadership of employees.
