Content
This unit prepares students to confidently navigate the future of business in the face of profound global change. It examines the major forces such as environmental change, technological transformation, and shifting demographics that are redefining how people work, and how organisations do business.
These challenges create both risks and opportunities for organisations. Students will explore how leading organisations respond to complexity and uncertainty with resilience, innovation, and forward-thinking strategies.
Further, this unit examines how skillsets and capabilities required are evolving, and identify what is needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Students will develop the ability to analyse and make sense of uncertainty and complexity in global environments to anticipate and respond to external pressures and emerging trends.
Through engaging with real-world examples, they will learn to develop insights that are both actionable and relevant and give them the confidence to propose, articulate, and communicate strategies that enable organisations to succeed in turbulent times.
Whether they aspire to lead, innovate, or understand how organisations operate, this unit develops the thinking and adaptability needed to embrace change, uncover opportunities and proactively shape a more resilient, optimistic, and sustainable future.
