Content
SRV799 Integrated Project Management is the capstone unit for the Master of Construction Management (Professional). The unit therefore aims to integrate and put into practice all the skills and knowledge gained throughout this course within the context of a construction development project. The unit involves extensive management of a project from initiation to deconstruction including consideration of sustainability, economic, regulatory, community, and social objectives. Students have the opportunity to select a class based real world case study to demonstrate their capacity to reflect the collaborative nature of undertaking the built environment projects in a global industry.
