Our rooms at a glance
All our residential buildings are mixed gender, with residents from across Australia and the world. At Geelong Waurn Ponds, you can:
- live by yourself in a studio apartment room
- live with other people in shared units
- live in a two- or three-bedroom townhouse if you're a medical student.
You’ll have your own private bedroom and free internet access with whatever option you choose.
You'll have your own bathroom and kitchen area in one of our studio apartment rooms, as well as a king single bed, built-in wardrobe and a study area. There are 309 studio apartments in our dedicated residential building.
You'll also need to complete an online income declaration and a tenant demographic assessment as part of the acceptance process, as these fall under the National Rental Affordability Scheme.
