Apply for postgraduate by coursework

Applying to Deakin for postgraduate studies is a simple process and we accept applications for many courses all year round.

Note: International students have special application requirements.

How to apply

Applications for postgraduate courses are made via Deakin's Applicant Portal. With three intakes each year, there are always options to apply for postgraduate study and commence your course in Trimester 1, 2 or 3.

Credit for prior learning

If you have previously studied at a tertiary institution in Australia or overseas, or you have relevant work experience, you can apply to have these studies considered for credit towards your Deakin course. Visit the Credit for prior learning page.

Postgraduate Course Fees Subsidies for Deakin Alumni

Deakin Alumni members and their immediate family (spouse and children) who undertake postgraduate study at Deakin are eligible to receive a 5% loyalty subsidy on all units undertaken during T1 and T2 2013 (new enrolments only). For more information and application forms visit deakin.edu.au/alumni.
