Remuneration Committee

The role of the Committee

The Remuneration Committee’s responsibilities include:

  • oversight of the conditions of employment and remuneration of Deakin staff and officers
  • considering the Vice-Chancellor's confidential succession plans for University Executives
  • advising Council on matters referred to it pertaining to remuneration.


The Vice-Chancellor may be in attendance for items other than any item addressing the Vice-Chancellor’s remuneration or performance.
