Overview
The Project Management major develops students’ capability to plan, coordinate, deliver and evaluate projects across a wide range of industries and sectors. Students learn how to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, people, risks, innovation and change using contemporary project management methods and tools. Through units in project management foundations, strategy and risk, design thinking, agile project management, leading change, project innovation and project techniques, students build practical skills in planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, leadership and project delivery. The major culminates in an Applied Business Project capstone, where students apply their learning to a real or simulated project challenge and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
