NOTE: If Payment 1 is not received by 1 February 2013, you forfeit your accommodation place.
Accommodation, catering package (inclusive of gst), utilities, activities fee, building maintenance levy, insurance on room contents and telecommunications charge.
Beginning Sunday 3 March, 2013 and concluding 12 Noon on Monday 24 June, 2013 (unless otherwise specified).
Included in the fees is the catering package, which consists
of 5 meals per week. Some of these meals are College Dinners, House Dinners,
Academic Dinners and other meals as specified throughout the year.
The Catering Package does not include meals during vacation periods.

1) If paying accommodation fees according to the three (3) instalment dates listed
above, payment must be made prior to the dates listed. Unless prior arrangements
are made with the Residence Manager, any fees outstanding after the dates will
attract a late payment fee of $50, cancellation of your meal plan and sanctions
imposed. Meal plan will be reinstated and sanctions removed once payment
has been made.
2) Unless there are exceptional circumstance surrounding departure, four (4) weeks notice is required to leave Residence during the period of accommodation. Refer to the residential handbook online for further information.
3) Residents who permanently vacate before the period of accommodation has concluded will be charged at the casual rate. Refer to the Residences office for further information.
