Students will on average spend 150 hours over the teaching period undertaking the teaching, learning and assessment activities for this unit.
1 x 2 hour class per week, 1 x 1 hour seminar per week.
Learning experiences are via CloudDeakin plus 5 x 1 hour online seminars per trimester.
This unit investigates various innovative construction management approaches by focusing on the management of a construction firm, more at a corporate level with topics such as ethics, strategy, finance, risks, negotiations, and corporate decision making.
