Overview

The Business Management major develops students’ practical capability to manage organisations, lead teams and drive business growth. Students learn how managers make decisions across people, operations, marketing, strategy, negotiation, change, large and small business contexts, and in entrepreneurial contexts. Through applied and industry-relevant learning, students build skills in leadership, communication, strategy, innovation, problem-solving and operations management. The major culminates in a Business Management capstone, where students integrate their learning to address real organisational challenges and develop practical, evidence-based solutions
