Background

Following the successful completion of the merger between Myer Family Company (MFCo) and Mutual Trust, Danielle has decided to focus on her charity, Loki’s Lodge, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to the prevention of animal cruelty and re-homing of unwanted farm animals.

As the CEO of MFCo, one of the country’s largest multi-family offices, Danielle lead the company’s development across its 5 business lines: trustee services; tax and accounting; investment management and governance; philanthropy; and family succession.

Prior to joining MFCo, Danielle was the CEO of Equip, a mid-sized profit-for-member superannuation fund.  Part of the services delivered to members of Equip was a full service financial planning business offering advice across super, non-super and aged care.

Before joining Equip, Danielle was Managing Director and Deputy Head of the Australian of UBS Global Asset Management. Over her 17 years at UBS, Danielle spent time in Australia, Singapore and Chicago and has had experience in money management, client management, product development, risk and strategic planning.

Danielle began her career as an economist at the Reserve Bank of Australia. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Western Australia.

In 2014 Danielle was named Superannuation Executive of the Year in Money Management’s Women in Financial Services awards and was a finalist in the Telstra Business Woman of the year Private and Corporate division.
