Expertise

Specialising in cross-disciplinary approaches using geospatial datasets for environmental and ecological applications in terrestrial and marine environments. My research has focussed on biological habitat mapping integrating remotely sensed geophysical and biological datasets using automated classification approaches for examining relationships between habitat spatial complexity and the distribution of marine flora and fauna, assessment of Marine National Parks and linking genetic data with seafloor structure information to unravel phylogeographic patterns.
