Biography

Dr. Fengfei Li is a Lecturer of Finance at Deakin Business School. Dr. Li's research focuses on empirical corporate finance, behavioral finance, and innovation. Her research has been published in the Journal of Corporate Finance and Journal of Banking & Finance. She also serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several journals, including Management Science, Journal of Banking & Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Review of Quantitative Finance and Accounting, and Review of Behavioral Finance. She received her PhD in Finance from the University of Hong Kong in 2017, an M.S. in applied economics from the City University of Hong Kong in 2010, and a B.A. in economics from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2009. She teaches courses in mergers and acquisitions, advanced financial management, and corporate finance.
