We offer a range of units that you can undertake at anytime. These flexible units are available to make the work, life and study balance that little bit easier. Start any of the four units offered at anytime of the year, and complete it online at your own pace.

What you can study
Our Start Anytime program is available to postgraduate students eligible to enrol in the following units:

  • MPM701A Business Process Management
  • MBA710 Business Process Management
  • MIS770A Foundation Skills in Data Analytics
  • MMK739 Strategic Brand Management

These units are offered across several postgraduate degrees, including the MBA.

The benefits of our Start Anytime units mean you can complete your online study anywhere, anytime and fast-track your degree, while still having access to Deakin's online resources and one-on-one support. These four units are designed to ensure you can still maintain a healthy work, life, study balance while completing your degree, with no exams or class timetable to allow you to study and learn at a pace that suits you. If you like, you can complete your unit in as little as four weeks!

Audacious leadership

Take to the seas with this course in leadership that will set sail your leadership skills. Offered as a unit within the MBA, spend a week on a sailing the art of seamanship. Sailing is used as a metaphor for organisation and will help you learn effective management while making memories that will last a lifetime.

Deakin's MBA Masterclasses are a new option for completing your MBA electives. The masterclasses introduce new trends and issues with industry leaders in a short, intensive and punchy way. Each are between 12 and 20 hours of facilitated (face-to-face or online) delivery.

Deakin Postgraduate Bursary

Deakin Alumni, their spouses and immediate family are eligible to receive a 15% reduction per unit on their enrolment fees on any postgraduate award course at Deakin University.
