What is off-campus study?
Off-campus study at Deakin - gives you freedom to study when and where it suits you. Watch your lectures online from the comfort of your own couch. Read your texts on your tablets or laptop while you are on the train. Compare notes with other students online during your lunchbreak. We don't set the limits, you do.

Off-campus education orientation - access our online orientation resources for helpful information and resources.
Study Skills workshops: online sessions are held throughout the year and help you develop key study skills such as getting organised, writing essays and preparing for exams.
Study Skills consultations are available for off-campus students by appointment, helping you to improve your approach to university. Consultations can be done on the phone, via eLive or on Skype.
Career consultations can be booked with a dedicated Careers Counsellor for off-campus students. These can be held by phone or via Skype. The Careers page for off-campus students also has a range of helpful tools to plan your career or assist with finding work.
Deakin's services and facilities are available to off-campus students. Students outside of Victoria or Australia can access many of our services remotely.
