The unit applies theories of professional practice, curriculum design and higher education pedagogy to develop a deeper understanding and application of teaching and learning practice in higher education, with a particular focus on the design of inclusive learning programs, teaching for active learning, the effective use of digital tools to support learning, and the development of an evidence-informed reflective approach to improving practice and ongoing professional learning.
