All our residential buildings are mixed gender, with residents from across Australia and the world.
At Warrnambool you can:
- live by yourself in a studio apartment room
- live in a unit with a private bedroom and a shared kitchen, bathroom and other communal areas.
You'll have your own private bedroom and free internet access with whichever option you choose.
You'll have your own bathroom and kitchen in one of our studio apartment rooms, as well as a king single bed, built-in wardrobe and study area.
You'll also need to complete an online income declaration and a tenant demographic assessment as part of the acceptance process, as these fall under the National Rental Affordability Scheme.
What we provide
Our rooms and shared spaces are fully furnished. There are only a few items (like linen, toiletries and kitchen utensils) and of course your clothes that you'll need to bring yourself.
