Global Education Scholarship
Available from Trimester 1, 2025 | Closes Trimester 3, 2026
Recognising international students pursuing initial teacher education degrees.
Value and duration
- 20% of your total tuition fees (stated on your offer letter).
- This scholarship is available for the normal duration of your course.
Am I eligible?
To be eligible you must:
- be an international student
- have a WAM of 65% or above
- be accepted into one of the following Initial Teacher Education degrees at Deakin:

To receive the Global Education Scholarship, students must agree to the scholarship terms and conditions when accepting their offer.
How to apply
If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll be automatically assessed for this scholarship when you apply for an eligible course. You’ll be advised of the outcome when you receive your offer. For more information email Deakin International Admissions.
