Deakin University staff may book rooms and spaces for University business such as meetings, information sessions and training.
As rooms are booked in line with the Academic Calendar, spaces may only be booked as far in advance as the University timetable.To ensure efficient use of space, space is booked on a needs basis and subject to availability. For teaching spaces, core University business (primarily teaching) takes priority.

Deakin University has several great spaces available for functions and events. Our food and beverage outlets cater to all food tastes offering fresh food and great service with a smile, in renewed stylish and vibrant spaces to be enjoyed by staff and students, and in some, the public too.
Our Sport and Recreation website provides information about Deakin's on-campus fitness centres, University sporting clubs and events, as well as health & wellness advice and information.
