Train
V/Line trains operate regularly between Southern Cross Station in Melbourne and Warrnambool, stopping at Geelong station or South Geelong satation. Connecting buses run from these train stations to the Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus. Please visit V/Line for more information.
Bus
There are five bus services that run from Geelong CBD or railway station direct to the Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus:

Coach
V/Line coaches run from many regional centres, including the Great Ocean Road and Ballarat, to the Geelong city and Geelong station. For more information please visit the V/Line web site.
Car
A limited amount of parking is available on campus. Carpark 11 is a dry weather only car park that does not require a permit. All other Deakin University car parks are classified as Permit Parking Zones and a valid Deakin University parking permit is required at specified times.
You can drive from Melbourne to Geelong via the West Gate and Princes freeways. Approximate communte time from Melbourne CBD to the Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus is one hour.
Carpooling
Deakin University provides a free online carpool matching service to help you find someone to carpool with to Geelong Waurn Ponds Campus. Carpooling is a great way to save money by sharing the cost of a parking permit and petrol, while making new friends.
