Deposit Cash Online
Deakin Card are excited to introduce our new Deposit Cash Online service. Now anyone can add funds to an active Deakin Card from our Deakin Card webpages. Parents/Guardians can even add funds!

Simply select Deposit Cash Online from our Deakin Card main page and follow the clear and easy instructions. Ensure that you have your Student ID number and your credit/debit card details.
Deakin Card Reload Stations
Our Reload Stations are easy to find and easy to use. They are conveniently located near computer labs and libraries and some are open 24 hours a day.
Bank notes
All of our 9 Deakin Card Reload Stations only accept $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 Australian banknotes (no coins). Note they do not give change.
Easy to use
Simply follow the clear instructions that are displayed on the front of each Reload Station.
Receipts
At the end of each transaction you will be issued with a printed receipt. Please ensure that you retain this receipt.

If your nearest Deakin Card Reload Station is temporarily offline, money can still be loaded on campus at the Cashiers Office or at Deakin Central.

Our Cashier Office and Deakin Central accept the following payment methods to your Deakin Card.

- Eftpos
- Credit card
When you visit our Cashier Office simply hand over your Deakin Card along with your method of payment to the counter staff. You will be issued with a receipt and the funds will be loaded immediately to your Deakin Card.
Payments by phone
Funds can also be loaded by phone if paid by Credit Card. If you or a relative wish to load funds to your Deakin Card:
Cashier office locations and opening hours
- Call 03 9244 6100 and ask for the Cashiers.
- Quote the Student ID number which is displayed on your Deakin Card.
- Funds will be available for immediate use.
