Anyone can add funds to an active Deakin Card from our Deakin Card webpage by selecting Deposit Cash Online from our main page and following the clear instructions. Ensure that you have your Student ID number and your credit/debit card details.
Parents, guardians and friends should select Visitors - Deposit Cash Online from the main page.
Funds will automatically transfer to your Deakin Card as long as you complete all the steps in the process.
When you receive the message Your transaction was approved this indicates that the funds have been withdrawn from your bank account but have not yet been loaded to your Deakin Card.

You can also load funds at one of the nine Deakin Card Reload Stations on campus, at the Cashier Office or at Deakin Central.
Deakin Card Reload Stations accept banknotes only.
Deakin Central and the Cashier Office accept coins, banknotes, Eftpos and credit cards.
