2009 Careers Fairs @ Deakin University

Deakin is one of a more recent generation of Australian universities that deliver professionally relevant courses in new and innovative ways. Our graduates take full advantage of the great level of education we offer and once they reach the end of the course have the professional and personal skills to transition successfully into the workplace. Offering our courses over 3 campuses, gives employers the chance to network and recruit students from a wide variety of backgrounds (city slickers and country folk!).

Deakin University offers employers the opportunity to promote their organisation's profile and to connect with a diverse population of talented students from a wide range of courses. We run two annual career fairs during the year, at peak recruitment times, these are the Graduate Careers Fair (March) and the Vacation Work Fair (July). Plus we offer an online career fair for our education students called the Virtual Education Expo and our engineering students called the Online Engineering Fair.
