Staff, alumni, and students enjoy eggcellent Family Easter Day
On Sunday April 13, the Faculty of Business and Law celebrated Easter in style with a whole basket of activities from face painting, a jumping castle, craft activities, an appearance from the Easter Bunny himself, and a most competitive Easter egg hunt.
There were almost 300 attendees in total. With picture-perfect weather, it was a hugely successful day involving an amazing mix of faculty staff, alumni, and students, interacting and networking with each other.
While chocolate eggs were the clear losers of the day, the big winners were 127 happy children who had taken part in the myriad activities. Our final tallies are still being confirmed, but we had over 500 eggs eaten, 79 faces painted, 56 Easter egg drawings completed and two children who lost a shoe each.
Pro Vice Chancellor and Executive Dean, Professor Mike Ewing attended the event with his family.
