I can't find my driver

What you need to do

If you cannot find your driver in the Melbourne Airport International Arrival Hall, please take the following steps:

Check that you are waiting in the correct place; the Meeting Point in the International Arrival Hall. Look above your head. Can you see a sign hanging from the ceiling with a large red O with arrows pointing at it?

Please check the copy of the Melbourne Airport Map (16 KB).

Upon your arrival at the Meeting Point please wait 30 minutes. Do not walk away from the meeting point. Your driver may have been delayed in traffic or may be looking for you around the arrival hall. It may take up to 30 minutes for your driver to arrive at the Meeting Point.

If your driver has not arrived at the Meeting Point after 30 minutes, please contact the Deakin University Airport reception service on 0409 947 800.
