Geelong Campuses specific information
DIAC General Skilled Information session
Staff from the DIAC General Skilled Migration unit will be conducting an on-campus Skilled Migration Seminar and will provide information on:
- Skilled Migration options - temporary and permanent residency
- Skill Matching Database
- Skilled Occupations List
Date: Thursday 29 May 2008
Time: 11 am – 12 pm
Venue: East end dining room, Building JB (basement level)
Students will also have the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about skilled migration. Don't forget to mark these dates in your diary.
Exchange and Study Abroad students’ semester review
Exchange and Study Abroad student semester reviews are the opportunity for you to discuss your Deakin experience and ask any questions you may have before you leave to go back to your own university with Jackie Taylor, International Student Adviser. You will be sent information on this process via email along with a Grade Conversion chart for students from the US.
Please come along. The reviews will be held at:
Geelong Waterfront campus on the 4th June at 11 am in the Deakin International office Room D4.202
Geelong campus at Waurn Ponds on the 6th June at 1 pm in jb 2.107. Please meet at the Deakin International office in Deakin Central
