The Ern Hartley Foundation Award

The Ern Hartley Foundation award, which was established by the Ern Hartley Foundation, aims to reduce study expenses of continuing students from the south-western region of Victoria.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must be:

  • an Australian citizen or holder of an Australian permanent humanitarian visa
  • second or third year student enrolled full time in an undergraduate degree at the Warrnambool campus, in a Commonwealth supported place (CSP)
  • a resident of the city of Warrnambool, Moyne Shire or south-western Victoria
  • able to demonstrate you are in receipt of a means-tested Centrelink benefit or have a personal or family taxable income below the HECS repayment threshold, depending on independence status.

Your application will be assessed and ranked based on the information you provide in your application and supporting documentation.
