Please note that in the official guidelines the collection of 2010 data is referred to as the 2011 Higher Education Research Data Collection.

Please note that DIISR communicated to us that a thesis published on-line should not be counted as a research book (A1) unless it has been through a separate peer review process. They do not regard the examination process as being equivalent to "peer review."

On-line books also need to have been through an acceptable peer review process to be in the A1 category.
