Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras)
IIT Madras is one of the finest academic institutions of India. It is known to promote rigorous analytical thinking, ingenuity, hands-on problem solving and big new ideas among its students. Deakin and IIT Madras go a long way in research collaboration. They have joint doctoral program, student exchange and have established a centre of excellence in advanced manufacturing in 2017. The centre is actively working on additive manufacturing in the domain of lightweighting of components, High Entropy Alloys, Al based alloys, biomaterials and more.

Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT Hyderabad)
IIT Hyderabad is known for its research environment and student placements. Despite being a newly established IIT, it has earned a good name and rank for itself in the country and outside owing to its academic rigour and research excellence. Deakin and IIT Hyderabad are collaborating actively through JDP and student exchanges in the areas of additive manufacturing, artificial intelligence and many other areas. IIT Hyderabad is a part of the joint CoE on Advanced Manufacturing Deakin University has established with IIT Madras.

Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur (IIT Jodhpur)
Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur was established in 2008 to foster technology education and research in India. The Institute is committed to technological thought and action to benefit the economic development of India. Scholarship in teaching and learning; scholarship in research and creative accomplishments; and relevance to industry are three driving forces at IIT Jodhpur. Deakin entered into a research collaboration with IIT Jodhpur in 2020. Both institutions have agreed to promote research in the areas of computer science and allied areas, medical devices, digital humanities, energy and infrastructure through joint doctoral programs, student internships, mobility and faculty exchange.

Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati)
Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati was established in 1994. Within a short period of time, IIT Guwahati has established itself as a centre for advanced research and is equipped with state-of-the-art scientific and engineering instruments. The institute is known for its research on theoretical and applied aspects of core science (physics, chemistry and mathematics), social sciences, information and communication technology, electronics, artificial intelligence, material science, nanotechnology, biotechnology, alternative energy, environment, water resources, structural and earthquake engineering, geotechnical engineering, chemical engineering, heat transfer, machine design, manufacturing, product design and more. Deakin and IITG are members of Australia India Water Council (AIWC) and seek to actively collaborate on research on water and bio polymers.

TERI Deakin Nano Biotechnology Centre
The TERI Deakin Nano Biotechnology Centre came into existence in 2011 at TERI’s green campus in Gurgaon, Haryana after the signing of the memorandum of understanding between TERI and Deakin University in November 2010. Since then, the Centre has been making significant strides in developing nano nutrients, nano pesticides and nano formulations. Keeping in mind deteriorating soil health, growing demand of food, water safety are the biggest challenges, the Centre is uniquely poised to develop path breaking technologies using biologicals interwoven with nanotechnologies and biocompatible materials. Such activities are being pursued jointly through strategic collaborations with Deakin University and partners worldwide.

Chitkara University in Punjab was founded by Dr. Ashok Chitkara and Dr. Madhu Chitkara, who have been passionate teachers for more than 40 years.

Deakin and NASSCOM FutureSkills offer skilling, reskilling and upskilling programs in India to help individuals and organisations prepare for the now and the future of work.
National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) is an association for IT/ITeS companies, with IT-ITeS Sector Skills Council NASSCOM (SSC NASSCOM) being an integral part of NASSCOM, being the education and skill development initiative of NASSCOM. It works with its industry members and select academic and skill development institutions to help improve the quality and quantity of the employable workforce available to this industry.
NASSCOM FutureSkills is a first-of-its-kind industry initiative to get India started/accelerated on the journey to building skills and becoming the global hub for talent in the emerging technologies, with an intention to create a skilling/upskilling/reskilling ecosystem to facilitate continuous learning as well as knowledge enhancement of all applicants in line with their aspirations and aptitude in a digital skill environment.

National Stock Exchange Academy (NSE Academy)
NSE Academy is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). It promotes financial literacy and skill-oriented financial markets courses and has also introduced an online examination system for testing and certification. In a view to promote sports education, Indian Premier League franchisee Rajasthan Royals ventured into the sports education business with Deakin University.
