  • Australasian Menopause Society
    Aims to bring doctors, nurses, paramedical and community workers together to discuss the advancement of knowledge about menopause.

    A Jean Hailes Foundation site focusing on osteoporosis targeting young women
  • BreastScreen Victoria
    Part of a national program, BreastScreen Australia. It provides breast x-ray screening at 32 centres, as well as 19 mobile sites, throughout Victoria which screen approximately 160,000 women each year.
  • National Breast and Ovarian Cancer Centre
    Australia's peak body for breast and ovarian cancer control. It works with women, health professionals, cancer organisations, researchers and governments to improve the management of breast disease and the wellbeing of women with breast cancer symptoms.This site has comprehensive resources on a variety of issues relating to breast and ovarian cancer.
  • Women's Health East
    A community-based women's health service covering the eastern metropolitan region of Melbourne. The organisation is a not-for-profit incorporated association working in partnership with other health and community agencies to promote gender-based planning in health promotion and service delivery, and to improve service system access and responsiveness for women.     Provides fact sheets for women in a variety of languages. The fact sheets on this site are managed by the Women's Consumer Health Information team, which is part of the RWH health promotion program, Absolutely Women's Health.
