| Mantoux testing |
For Health Science students - NB: Please read Immunisation guidelines for Health science students Appointments for 2012: Testing dates: Monday 23/4/12, Friday 27/4/12, Monday 7/5/12. Please note reading dates are scheduled on the 3rd day after testing ie. Monday testing - Thursday reading, Friday testing - Monday reading. You must attend BOTH appointments. The cost is $5.00 payable on booking the appointments at the DSL Reception desk. Deakin card welcome. |

For Health Science students - NB: Please read Immunisation guidelines for Health science students Warrnambool Campus: Mantoux testing will again be held in Trimester 2, please enquire at Student Life for bookings. Geelong students please contact the medical centre and see the campus nurse for further information. Please note if you have the test on the Monday you MUST attend for the reading on the Thursday. The cost is $5. Please pay at the Finance Office, level 2, Building B prior to the appointment. The testing is at Deakin Medical Centre located at Lower level, Building B. |

| Travel vaccinations | Travel Health advice is available from all Deakin Medical Centres on campus. Travel vaccinations are available all year, which are cost effective for students and staff seeking vaccination prior to departure. We advise you book a travel consultation at least 8 weeks prior to departure to ensure you complete your vaccination course. |

| Flu Vaccinations | Seasonal Flu Vaccinations are available at all Deakin Medical Centres. You need to book at appointment with the campus nurse, bring your Medicare or OSHC card to the visit and the vaccine cost is $20. If you have any questions or need more information, please email askanurse@deakin.edu.au. |
