TLF members awarded 2010 ALTC Citations

Seven Deakin University staff, all members of the TLF, have received 2010 Citations for outstanding contributions to student learning from the Australian Learning and Teaching Council. These citations are prestigious awards that recognise the sustained contributions made by individuals and teams to the quality of teaching and learning and the student experience.

Deakin’s 2010 winners are:

• Dr Debra Bateman, Faculty of Arts and Education
• Paul Bethell, Faculty of Arts and Education
• Associate Professor Malcolm Campbell, Faculty of Science and Technology
• Associate Professor Julie Cassidy, Faculty of Business and Law
• Associate Professor Kieran Lim, Faculty of Science and Technology
• Berni Murphy, Faculty of Health, Medicine, Nursing and Behavioural Sciences
• Jo Raphael, Faculty of Arts and Education.

The staff members will receive their citations at an awards ceremony to be held on 5 August at NGV International, Melbourne.
