Assignments can be accessed within the Content or you can click on Assessment and then select Assignments on the site navigation bar. When you click on Assignments you can access a list of assignments. The process for submitting an assignment is outlined below:
- Click the name of the assignment that you want to submit an assignment to.
- Carefully read the instructions relating to the assignment criteria and submission. If a rubric is used, you will be able to see the criteria.
Please note that not all assignments require a file submission – you may be required to enter your work directly into the HTML Editor or mark work completed in person as complete. - Click Add a File, for example, either a word document or PDF with a maximum file size of 250MB.
- You then have the options to:
- submit files from your computer
- Drag and drop files from your computer into the upload target area. If this function is not available in your browser, click Upload to find the file you want to upload. When you’ve located your file, select it and click Open.
- When you have finished adding files, click Add.
- submit items from your ePortfolio
- Click on ePortfolio link and select the object you wish to submit.
- Click Select Item.
- submit files from your OneDrive
- Click on Sign in to your Office365 account.
- This will open in a new tab. Enter your email address, then click on Next.
- Once connected, you are able to select files from your OneDrive.
- When you have finished adding files, click Add.
- Add a comment if required.
- Click Submit.
- You will receive confirmation that your file submission was successful.
Please note: Not all units use the Assignments tool for assignment submissions. Not all assignment submission links are visible from the start of trimester and may only be available once you have completed prerequisite tasks.
