Important dates
What are the important dates?
Each year we provide a list of important dates for each study period in the University Handbook. The dates include when:
- invoices are released, fees are due, census dates and dates you’ll incur your HELP debts (if applicable)
- teaching starts, the last date to add or withdraw from units, orientation weeks, holidays and more
- class timetables in STAR open
- the exam timetable is released, end of unit assessment and exam periods, result release and change of exam location
- graduations are held and dates relating to applying to graduate.

Census dates
The census date is important as it is the last day to finalise aspects of your enrolment and fee obligations for that study period. -
Invoice due dates
Your invoice, which is available in StudentConnect will show the date your fees are due. Find out the due date for every study period.
